Paul Gasparro
Paul, the founder of Northforge Innovations Inc., is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and developed companies in the network communications industry, including Voicetek Corp., Aurora Systems and NexCen Technologies.
Paul has over 30 years of experience working with major network communications service providers, telephone and computer equipment manufacturers, and with Fortune 100 companies to help deliver and improve products, services and operational performances of their businesses. He has served in key executive positions at Motorola and Fairchild/Schlumberger. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Network Communications Council (MNCC), and is active in the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum, Inc.

Ryan Gasparro
Ryan, a founding partner of Eastham5 Investments, is pursuing a degree in Finance and International Business at Loyola University Chicago. Though still in school, Ryan is well experienced with leadership and project making. Participating in Envision Business Start-Up programs at Stanford University and the University of Chicago, Ryan won merit first prizes for his business plans. Ryan also is an avid communicator with years of service as a social media manager for local businesses and larger operations. James Kirk
James is a founding partner of Eastham5 Investments and a student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst pursuing a double major in Spanish and communication. James had many years of experience in public speaking, customer service, and leadership while working at Roche Brothers and the Christmas Tree Shop. Additionally, he previously worked as a social media marketing intern and blog writer at Down the Cape Travel Guide. James is an advanced Spanish speaker and also studies Portuguese and French. Marion Belanger
Marion began her career as a certified public accountant in MA, where she has developed her career in almost thirty years of management roles in research and development sectors, notably in high tech manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and software development. As an operational, “hands-on” manager, in roles such as controller, CFO, VP of Human Resources and associated roles, Marion has developed in-depth understanding of how businesses work day-to-day and how R&D investments and processes integrate with business operations.
